K&N FiltersK&N Filters introduced and revolutionized the paper filter, which has been around since the beginning of the gasoline combustion engines 35 or so years ago with the cotton gauze filter media. The cotton gauze filter media flows more air and lasts a lifetime when compared to original paper media filters.

On average you can expect a 4 Hp increase in your BMW's engine with simply changing out the stock filter...not bad when you consider the price for a replacement filter. Also since they are reusable, your filter will go a long way in keeping performance up and drastically reducing dirt and particulates from getting into your engine.
